Garden storage/workshop shed
And here we go!!!
A new year, a new season, spring time brings a lot of ideas... and one that is taking a lot of my thinking time is to create and build a storage shed/workshop...
The cost of buying the shed materials, either from 84 Lumber, Lowes or Home Depot, and still have it to put together; ranges from the $1500 and up to 4500 for a 12x16. Again, just in materials.
and since the money is always tight, and after talking and convincing my wife, I will be building a shed out of pallets. I've done a lot of research for this and my very gross and extremely inflated cost of materials can be around $800, BUT, the internal capacity of the shed will be a increased by a lot. Since the "ready to build" shed from the big stores are on 6 feet tall, the one that I am planing to construct will be 8 on the shorter side.
I'll be posting updates as the design of the layout in a later time. As always, I am open to suggestions, ideas, etc.

And the Garden still producing on October 19th!!!
Noah helped harvesting today and we got this basket full of banana peppers!!!

The bell peppers still growing, these ones still green, in a couple weeks there are going to be ready to harvest them once they turn to yellow, orange or red.
Los pimientos morrones todavia siguen creciendo, estos todavia estan verdes, un par de semanas mas para que cambien de color y podamos cocecharlos.

On this picture you can see that I already removed the tomatoes and only the peppers and okra still in the garden.

October 1st... and the garden still going strong in the fall !!!
Es el 1ro d3e Octubre, ya en el otoño y la quintita todavia sigue produciendo!!!
Is October 1st already and in the fall season, and the garden still producing!!
La albahaca sigue verde y creciendo.

Todas estas plantas de ajies estan super-pobladas!!! y nada de fertilizantes, lo pario' mendieta!!
All these banana pepper plants are heavy producers and the best part is without a fertilizer of any kind
Esta planta sola tiene 19 morrones amarillos (todavia no cambiaron el color)
